Egg Quality

One of the key factors of your IVF to be succefull is the quality and quanitiy of your eggs. Ask your clinic to run an Anti Mularian Hormone test before your cycle to determine the "state" of your eggs. If the result is lower than 1, an IVF cycle using your own eggs may not be recomended by your doctor.
I did some reaserch on egg quality and this is what I was taking and doing during my last IVF cycle
DHEA (different from DHA)

ASA (Asprin) 81mg
Fish oil
Folic Acid 5 mg
Melatonin 3mg
Royal Jelly 1000 mg
Coenzyme Q10 600 mg
Wheatgrass tabs 1500 mg
Phytoberry 3 tabs
Pregvite vitamins (available by prescription only)
Do your homework on L-arganine. The data is conflicting. I could not tolerate it.
What I did to improve egg quality:
Acupuncture right before my period (Accupucture is used during the IVF cycle and also right before and right after the transfer of embryos to improve chances of success)
No aspertame
Nothing processed or chemical
Limited sugar, alcohol, caffeine, meat
